Is postage really free within Australia?

Yes, postage is free within Australia.

Worldwide shipping, is that available?

Are your products made in Australia?

Yes, I support fellow Australian Business’ and I’m proud to say that 99% of my products are recyclable (I’m working on the clear plastic sleeve).

Is tracking provided?

Yes, each shipping service includes tracking so you can check the status of your order. 

How do you ship your prints?

Prints are carefully rolled and packed in an industrial tube for safe shipping. Once received, the print tube should only be opened by your chosen professional framer for immediate framing. If not opened by a professional framer, Zoë K Art will not be responsible for any damage to the print, and no refund or exchange will be possible. 

Do you offer custom size prints?

I absolutely can, feel free to contact me here with your queries and I’m happy to help. 

Are your prints archival?

Yes, I print all of my own prints in house using archival inks and paper. These inks are fade resistant so your art will last the test of time.
