Returns Policy
Zoë K Art offers a 7 day return period on original artworks from the time the purchaser receives delivery of the artwork; if you change your mind. Please reply to your confirmation of order with your request to return the art.
Please note the following requirements -
- Please ensure you have repackaged the art as it was when delivered to you.
- Zoë K Art will organise the return postage with one of our preferred contractors.
- The cost of return shipping will be covered by the purchaser and subtracted from the amount refunded once the art has been delivered back to Zoë K Art.
- If the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund.
- Returns are not available on Limited Edition Prints due to the nature of the product and purchase of these, are considered final sale once purchased and shipped.
- Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. These will be covered as part of the insurance attached to the delivery (if you so choose to add insurance).
Once an artwork is painted it begins to age. As it continues to age both the priming and paint film lose flexibility and become brittle. Changes of temperature, humidity, contact with the sun and elements can affect the clear finish and the flexibility of the canvas itself.
I do not accept any returns on artwork ageing.
