Orders and Shipping
ORDERS
Are only finalised once payment in full has been received. Once received, orders may not be cancelled or altered without the written confirmation from Zoë K Art. If Zoë K agrees to alter or cancel the order, you must pay any costs and expenses incurred by Zoë K Art in connection with the alteration or cancellation.
SHIPPING POLICY AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please allow up to 7 business days for your custom-made print, artware product or original art to be shipped.
Original artwork are wrapped in acid free paper, hex wrap and cardboard to ensure their safe arrival. These are all recyclable.
Utilising Australia Post, specialist artwork transporters or couriers depending on your delivery location and the size of your artwork. You will receive a tracking number from the shipping agent within this timeframe for your delivery.
Where relevant you will be liable and responsible for any import requirements, restrictions, licences, duties, taxes and/or government charges that may apply.
Delivery times for original artwork can be up to 4 weeks for Australian Metro areas. Delivery to regional areas may take longer.
International shipping - please message via the contact page to organise a postage quote.
These timeframes are indicative only. Zoë K Art cannot be held responsible for failure to adhere to those delivery times.
LOST AND DAMAGE ORDERS
As delivery is carried out by an external party, Zoë K Art cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or damaged in transit.
REDELIVERY
Items will be shipped to your address provided at checkout. If the incorrect address is provided and redelivery is required, any additional charges will be at your expense.
